Don't just unbox great wine - unbox great MOMENTS. In this package, each mystery box is carefully curated to spark your curiosity, bring a smile to your face, and simply set the mood for everyday occasions.
Customise your subscription to your preferences by selecting from our fun array of themes which all include two great wines, yummy signature snacks + ultra-special surprise gifts.
Please notate in the custom text section below which "Mystery Box Themes" you would like included in your package. We will take care of arranging them appropriately within your subscription time, given the season.

3-MONTH MYSTERY BOX CLUB
When will I get my box?
If you subscribe anytime BEFORE the the last day of the month at 11:59pm EST then you will receive your box on the 15th of the following month. (i.e. Subscribe September 1st - September 30th @ 11:59PM EST to get your 1st box on October 15th.)
Where do I pick up my subscription box?
We offer in-store pick up at our 6060 Broadview Road location. Members MUST pick up their boxes between 15th & 30th of each month. We cannot prepare boxes earlier than this date, nor hold them longer than the 30th. We reserve the right to, without refund, dispose of your box if not picked up by the 30th of the month.
When will I be billed?
You will first be charged when you sign up, to cover your 1st box of wine-centric bliss. You will then automatically be charged 1x month, until your subscription period ends.
How can I renew / change my subscription?
When there is 1 month left on your subscription package, or at the 6 month mark of your monthly autorenewal - Our wine club specialist will reach out to you personally, to review how you're enjoying your membership. At that time, you can choose to renew or change the length of your subscription!
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you are signed up for the monthly autopay subscription package, we would need to receive written cancellation notice (by emailing katie@littlebirdiewinenest.com) two weeks prior to your next bill date to cancel your subscription. 3. 6 & 12 month subscriptions are paid in full, and cannot be cancelled or partially refunded once purchased.
Return Policy:
Please keep in mind that you are signing up for a "mystery box" experience and while we allow you to tailor your purchase to a degree by selecting your package preferences, there will always remain an element of surprise. We cannot accomdate specific wine preferences, nor dietary restrictions. Once purchased, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, substitutions, early cancellations of subcriptions, or store credit of any kind.
