Holiday Book Swap | Mystery Book Exchange & Wine Night (12/21 @ 6:30pm)
Whether you're a page-turning enthusiast or a casual reader, our HOLIDAY BOOK SWAP & BUBBLY SOIREE pinvites you to cozy up with festive reads and join sparkling conversations with our fabulous flock!
 
HERE'S HOW IT WILL WORK:
 
  • Bring your favorite book to the event, wrapped in fun holiday gift paper. Include a little note taped to it about why you loved the book, with a few festive clues hinting at the story inside—just no spoilers on the title!
 
  • Upon arrival, we’ll place all the books on display so that during the mingle-and-jingle portion of the evening, guests can browse through the clue cards and enjoy a bit of holiday mystery.
 
  • Everyone will receive a complimentary glass of bubbly to toast the season, plus a hand-stamped holiday bookmark to decorate and take home as our little gift! Our menu of seasonal snacks, shareables, flights, and festive drinks will be available for purchase to keep the night merry.
 
  • Once the holiday cheer is flowing, we’ll have everyone gather around and choose a wrapped book from the mystery selection. Each person will read the clue card aloud while the group guesses what the book might be. If you guess correctly, you’ll win a festive prize!
 
After our super fun book swap is over - everyone will learn about our AMAZING "Chick Lits Birdie Book Club" and have exclusive access to join our club starting in January at a special discount for attending the event!
 
Tickets are just $24.50/pp and include a glass of complimentary bubbly, a hand stamped book mark, one book from the swap, and exclusive access to join our Birdie Book Club!  Limited to 50 guests, this event is expected to sell out quickly - so be sure to reserve your seats right away!

  • Q: Do I need reservations?

    A: Yes. Reservations are required to reserve tables at this special event. Valid ID will be required for alcohol consumption, and you must be 21+ to drink.   

    Q: Will I need physical tickets? Why does it say "Pick Up" when I go to check out?

    A:  You don't need any physical tickets - as soon as you complete your purchase you will be added to our in-house guest list that we use for check-in. 

    Q: Do I have to bring anything?

    A: Yes, in addition to your ticket price you MUST bring a gift-wrapped mystery book of your choosing to swap with the flock! See event details for further directions!

    Q: What's the refund policy?

    A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind.

    Store employees cannot make exceptions to this company policy.
