To keep it fun + fair, we’ll color-code the eggs by age group:
💖 Ages 3 & under: hunt for pink & green eggs only
🩵 Ages 4 - 6: hunt for blue & orange eggs only
💛 Ages 7 - 10: hunt for yellow & purple eggs only
🐣 Each child can collect up to 20 eggs, and there will even be a few special JUMBO eggs, plus TWO GOLDEN EGGS reedemable for extra fun prizes and GRAND prize baskets! 💝 Note: Eggs will be empty to protect wildlife — Exchange them at the prize table for treasure-filled gift bags instead! 🦉

I want to make sure my friends/family and I can come together as a group - How can we ensure that?
Tickets are exclusively limited based on the size of the venue. We cannot add additional tickets once the event is sold out, nor do we issue refunds or transfers. We *STRONGLY* advise purchasing all the tickets for your group in one transaction rather than registering independently. You can check to see the number of remaining seats by toggling the number of tickets up until the website does not allow you to raise the number further. If you are unable to purchase together as a group, we advise checking the availability prior to purchasing, and then purchasing independently, simultaneously.
Should I have received tickets in the mail?
NOPE! As soon as you purchased tickets, we put you onto our "Guest List", and you'll just need the name you registered under to gain entrance to the event!
If I am bringing an INFANT - do they need a ticket?
No. Infants in carriers who are not participating in the egg hunt do not need a ticket to gain entrance alongside their families. We highly recommend a personal carrier rather than a stroller device for our littlest visitors.
Does everyone in my party need a ticket, even if they are not participating in the egg hunt?
*Excluding infants in carriers, every person in attendance needs a ticket, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Children older than 10 are not permitted to participate in the egg hunt, but can join their families at the $7.50 entrance rate to spend time with their siblings & and enjoy the refreshments. We will also have activity tickets available for purchase on an a-la-carte basis so older children can enjoy those as well!
How will the egg hunt be conducted?
- The egg hunt will be structured by color to ensure that all age groups have a fair chance to collect eggs. We ask that parents have each child collect no more than 20 eggs, so that it is fun + fair for all!
- Please keep in mind that this is a family friendly event, and please be respectful of all other parents and children participating in the hunt.
Where is this event being held?
The event is being held at The Lodge at North Park in Seven Hills, Ohio. 5740 Rockhaven Drive, Seven Hills OH 44131 - Please come DIRECTLY to the park.What is the parking situation?There is an ample parking lot at the park, as well as street parking available. We are politely asking that you carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of cars we need to park.How will I check in?After you park, please head towards The Lodge where our greeter will direct you to the check in table. We will be checking in you & your guests based on the FIRST NAME on your reservation.What if it rains?This event is being held in April, in Cleveland, Ohio and the weather at this time is VERY unpredictable. THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD - RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE. By purchasing tickets, you acknoweldge that there will be no refunds or transfers due to weather.What should I wear?Please dress comfortably for the weather and venue, keeping in mind that this is a nature preserve/park setting. We highly recommend closed toed shoes, and wearing things you're okay getting a little dirty.Is there a restroom available?Yes! There are nice restroom facilities within The Lodge!Can I bring my pet / can I smoke?NO, and NO. No animals are permitted at this special event, and there will be no smoking or vaping permitted in The Lodge.What time does this event begin & concludeYou can arrive at the park as early as 12:15pm to begin the check-in process based on your timeslot. The egg hunt will start PROMPTLY at 12:45pm. Your event ticket is valid for a total of 1.5 hours.What if I can't make it any longer? What is the refund policy?
A: No Refunds. Your ticket is valid for the specific date/event for which you purchase. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason - we are not able to issue refunds or transfer your ticket to alternate dates/events. Your ticket is not valid for store credit of any kind.
Store employees cannot make exceptions to this company policy.
If you become unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another guest, just let us know of the switch so that we can make adjustments to the guest list.
