Q: I need this as a Christmas gift. When is the last day to order to ensure I can receive my order before Christmas?
A: The deadline for pre-orders to guarantee availability before Christmas is December 13th.
Q: What if I miss the pre-order deadline?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of items after the pre-order period ends. Limited quantities of select merchandise may be available in the shop, but stock and sizes will be very limited.
Q: When will my order be ready for pickup?
A: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
Q: How do I get my order?
A: Pre-ordered items must be picked up at Little Birdie Wine Nest, located at 6060 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134 during normal business hours of Tuesday-Saturday 8am-9pm, and Sundays 9am-3pm. Please be advised that we will be closed on Christmas & New Years Day with limited hours of 8am-2pm on Christmas Even & New Years Eve.
Q: Can I order items as a gift and have someone else pick them up?
A: Yes! If someone else will be picking up your order, please email us at craftylaura@littlebirdiewinenest.com with their name so we can ensure a smooth pickup process.
Q: Can you ship my order?
A: Yes, shipping is available; however, our website cannot process shipping orders directly. If you’d like a shipping quote, please email your order number and shipping address to craftylaura@littlebirdiewinenest.com. We will provide a quote for the additional shipping cost and arrange your shipment once payment for shipping has been received.
Q: Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
A: Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations due to the custom nature of these items. Please review your selections carefully before completing your order.
Q: How long will you hold my order?
A: Orders will be held for a maximum of 20 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be added to the sales floor, and no refunds will be issued.
Q: What is your refund/exchange policy?
A: All sales are final. Since these items are custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review the provided sizing charts to ensure you select the correct size.
Q: What are the washing and care instructions?
A: For garments: Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on no heat or air dry to maintain quality. For tumblers: Hand wash only. For Trucker Hats: Spot clean with cool water.
